Terms of sale
What you get when you buy Sarkari.
Last updated 25 September 2026.
What you are buying
A licence to install and use Sarkari. It is sold once, at the price shown at the checkout in your currency, with tax added where it applies. There is no subscription to us, and nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew updates.
- One seat. One person, on one computer at a time.
- The seat moves. If you install on a new computer, the seat goes there. The old computer's dashboard has a button to take it back.
- For as long as you like. The licence does not expire. Your copy keeps working, at the version it is entitled to, whether or not you ever pay again.
Trying it first
You can use Sarkari free for fourteen days from the first time you use it, with nothing to pay and no card asked for. When the trial ends it stops until you buy.
Updates
A purchase includes twelve months of updates from the day you buy. New versions arrive on their own. After twelve months, your copy keeps working exactly as it does that day. New versions stop arriving. Reaching the dashboard from your phone stops too, because it runs for as long as updates do. You can choose to renew for another twelve months. Nothing renews by itself, and we don't keep a card on file.
What Sarkari does not do
- It never files anything. It works out VAT and Corporation Tax figures. You, or your accountant, submit them to HMRC through Making Tax Digital compatible software.
- It never approves on your behalf unless you tell it to. Nothing enters your books until you approve it in the dashboard. The one exception is an item an agent accepts under a delegation you gave in the dashboard. The agent accepts it in your name, within the limits you set. You can revoke a delegation at any time.
- It is not tax advice. Check its figures against your records and current HMRC guidance before you rely on them.
It uses your own Claude subscription. Sarkari is a plugin for Claude Code and runs on the Claude plan you already have. That plan is not included in the price, and Claude's own terms and usage limits apply to it. Sarkari is not affiliated with Anthropic.
What you may not do
You may not copy, share, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute Sarkari or any part of it, including the licence file inside your copy. You may not remove or work around the licence check. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that the law where you live allows this regardless of these terms.
Refunds
Thirty days from purchase, in full, no questions. The refund policy has the whole of it.
No warranty
Sarkari is provided as is. Polyglyph Analytica does not promise that its figures are right for your circumstances or free of errors; they are yours to check before you file. To the extent the law allows, Polyglyph Analytica is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
Your data
Everything Sarkari works on stays on your computer. What leaves it, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
The terms on this page on the day you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. If they change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a licence already bought.
